ORDERING
Place an order by adding your desired item to the shopping cart via the JOOP! LIVING online shop.
As soon as you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a customer account. You will then receive a one-time code via email, which you must now enter. This step creates your customer account and allows you to complete the order.
Should an item be out of stock after we receive your order, your order for this product will unfortunately become void. In this case, we will, of course, inform you by email.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
By registering, you can enjoy the benefits of our JOOP! LIVING world. You will have the opportunity to permanently use the following functions and view them via your customer account:
- Managing your billing and shipping addresses
- Tracking your current order
- Overview of your previous orders
- Saving favorite items to a personal wish list and sharing them with friends or relatives
We do not offer guest orders.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After you have successfully placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email, through which you will gain access to our returns portal and can immediately cancel your order.
As soon as a shipment for your order has been created, you will receive a shipping confirmation, which also serves as the official proof of purchase.
PAYMENT
To make paying for your order in the JOOP! LIVING online shop as secure and pleasant as possible, we offer a range of different payment options:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
If you return items, we will credit the corresponding amount as quickly as possible once your return has been processed in our logistics center.
The protection of your data and privacy is important to us. Therefore, all personal data, such as your payment information, is SSL-encrypted using state-of-the-art technology.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order, and your order can be shipped to you without delay.
PAYMENT BY APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY
When paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment information stored on your device will be accessed and can be used for payment after your manual authorization.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
When paying via PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal website after clicking the 'Complete Purchase' button, where you must log in with your access data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one and make the payment.
We will be informed immediately by PayPal of the receipt of your payment, and you will receive an order confirmation.
REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Enter the code of your gift voucher or discount code in the Gift Card field during the checkout process and click Apply. The voucher value will then be immediately deducted from your total amount due. In the event of a return, a new gift card will be issued to you. For discount codes for a one-time redemption, no new issuance will occur after receipt of your return.
Please note the conditions of the voucher to be redeemed, such as validity or minimum order value. A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order.
