No, for technical reasons, a change of address is not possible after an order has been placed

You can cancel your JOOP! LIVING contract within 14 days of placing your order via the returns portal.

If it is still possible to cancel your order, the purchase amount will be refunded immediately and no shipment will take place.

Once you have received a shipping notification, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. Please use the return label provided free of charge via the returns portal for the return shipment.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer an exchange service. If you would like an item in a different color or size, please reorder it and return the original delivery to us.

• Log in to our returns portal with your order number and email address
• Select the quantities of the desired items you wish to register for return
• Select a reason for return for each item
• Check your contact information
• For small parcels, select a size S label, and for large parcels, a size M label, then print the free generated return label
• Please note that the label will no longer be generated after the 14-day notification period has expired, and returns are not applicable to gift vouchers or custom-made items (more information can be found in our GTC)
• Pack the goods securely in their original packaging or another suitable packaging to prevent transit damage, and remove the old shipping label from the parcel so that DHL cannot register it again
• Include the delivery note or a copy of the delivery note with the return and drop off the parcel at a DHL branch
• Have the return delivery confirmed and keep this receipt as proof until reimbursement
• Once your return has arrived at our JOOP! LIVING Returns Center and has been checked and processed within 5-10 days, we will release the purchase amount for refund, corresponding to the returned items
• Please note that if you arrange multiple orders in one package or ship at your own expense, there may be significant delays in the refund of the purchase price

After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, it is no longer possible to obtain a free return label via our JOOP! LIVING returns portal.

Please ensure that your return item is not a product from our 'Made-to-Measure' collection or other products without a right of return (such as a gift voucher). In this case, you were informed of this before purchase and in your order confirmation, and you voluntarily waived your right of return.

With MADE TO MEASURE, you can order decorative upholstery cushions from us in your individual desired size.

Curtains, drapes, and many carpets are available in custom sizes through selected specialist retailers.

Please note that custom-made items are excluded from exchange. Further information can be found in our GTC.

You can report your complaint within the withdrawal period via our returns portal. All complaints outside the withdrawal period and within the warranty period can be sent in writing to customercare@joop-living.com.

Please note that you can only complain about goods purchased from us on joop-living.com. JOOP! LIVING products purchased from another retailer must be complained about directly to that retailer.

You can add products to your personal wishlist via the heart icon on the product image or in the product view, using the 'Add to Wishlist' field.

To permanently save the items there and be informed about price reductions, you must log in with your customer account or register a new customer account.

You can find an unsubscribe link for the JOOP! PAPER at the end of the registration email, or for the JOOP! NEWSLETTER at the end of every newsletter email (unsubscribe from newsletter).

After clicking the link, you will be redirected and will need to confirm your unsubscription. You will then immediately receive an unsubscription confirmation.
